We want you to love your PLUR Studios items 💖 but due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below.
🚫 Returns
Because many of our items are made-to-order and/or 3D printed, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
💸 Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear depending on your bank.
📬 Shipping Issues
PLUR Studios is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

❌ Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
